Lauren Floris Training currently offers the two following  coaching options.

Customized Training Plan

My Customized Training Plans provide you with everything that you need to have a successful training cycle!

  • Hour-long Skype/phone consultation to learn more about you and your running goals.
  • Detailed training plan designed with you (and your goal race) in mind!
  • Assistance creating a race plan, including your mental preparation.
  • Communication with coach available throughout training cycle to cover any follow-up questions or unexpected changes that may come up.
  • Plan options range from 8 to 20 weeks ($75-$131.25).

Personal Coaching

Personal Coaching offers the same basic features that my Customized Training Plans offer with the following additional benefits.

  • Shared online training portal that only you and Coach Lauren have access to. This is where your training plan and log will be available to facilitate communication between athlete and coach.
  • Feedback after each of your workouts to assess your performance.
  • Guidance on secondary exercises to improve your running performance (ie. running drills, core work, & dynamic warm-ups)
  • The ability to adjust your training plan as your training progresses or additional racing opportunities arise.
  • Round the clock communication with Coach Lauren (seriously, call/text/e-mail me anytime day or night!)
  • Personal Coaching is billed monthly at a rate of $100/month and a 3 month commitment is required.
